By booking a reading, session, class, event, or other service through SeizeTheSpirit LLC ("Seize the Spirit"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policies.

All clients must be 18 years of age or older. By booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that any recipient of a gifted service is at least 18 years old.

Tarot readings, psychic readings, mediumship, spiritual guidance, coaching, classes, house clearings, psychic parties, and other services offered by Seize the Spirit are intended for spiritual guidance, personal insight, and entertainment purposes only.

All forms of divination and intuitive guidance are interpretive in nature. No reading, session, service, prediction, or outcome is guaranteed. The future is not fixed, and your choices and actions play a significant role in shaping your path.

Services provided by Seize the Spirit are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

No information provided during a reading or session should be used as a diagnosis, treatment plan, legal strategy, or financial recommendation. If you are experiencing a medical, mental health, legal, or financial concern, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled appointment on time.

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-shows") forfeit their appointment and are not eligible for a refund.

Clients who arrive late may have their session shortened to accommodate the remaining appointment time. Rescheduling due to a late arrival is solely at the discretion of SeizeTheSpirit LLC and is not guaranteed.

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for readings, sessions, classes, events, coaching services, psychic parties, house clearings, or other services.

Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with a reading, disagreement with information received, perceived lack of connection, changes of mind, missed appointments, late arrivals, or a decision to end a session early.

SeizeTheSpirit LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, discontinue, or terminate any service, appointment, or booking at its sole discretion.

Clients participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for their decisions, actions, interpretations, and use of information provided during or after a service.

SeizeTheSpirit LLC, Danielle Tracey, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for decisions made by clients based upon information received during a reading, session, class, or other service.

Information shared during a session will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a reasonable belief that a person presents an immediate danger to themselves or others.

By booking a service, you agree that SeizeTheSpirit LLC, Danielle Tracey, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, personal, or other damages arising from participation in services or from information provided during a service.
